The Town of Yucca Valley is hosting their annual “Holiday Celebration” this Saturday, and it will feature special guests Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and Z107.7’s own Cody Joseph, along with vendors, activities and real snow. Clayton Rardon from Yucca Valley’s Park’s and Recreation office was on a recent episode of Z107.7’s Up Close Show, and he told host Gary Daigneault all about the event.

Clayton: “And then, December 7th, from 10 AM until 3 PM, we have a winter holiday celebration with over 50 craft fair vendors, free hot chocolate and sugar cookies provided by the Youth Commission.

We will have 160,000 pounds of snow. Sledding and snow play and everything. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in town. The museum will be hosting them.

We have these terrific people that are going to be doing a live broadcast from one of the local radio stations. It’s a huge annual event!”

Come down on December 7th, 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Town of Yucca Valley’s Community Center.

It’s pretty hard to miss 160,000 pounds of snow.
