A Wonder Valley man was arrested Friday, June 3 accused of Felony Elder Abuse. According to a Sheriff’s press release, deputies were called to investigate a report of domestic disturbance in the 5000 block of Allen Avenue at about 8:00 a.m. Through investigation, it was learned Kai Kang, 28 had assaulted the 53-year-old female victim, causing injuries. Kai Kang was arrested and booked into the Morongo Basin jail with bail set at $75,000.00.
