Twentynine Palms High School track and field hosted Desert Hot Springs yesterday in a DeAnza League dual. The girls were narrowly edged 54-55, and the boys won 62-54.
Multiple victorious performances were turned in by: Adam and Selemara Mapuatuli who each earned 10 points in the shot put and discus.
Freshman Tucker Thornburg ran a personal record in the 3200m with a winning time of 10:59 and he also won the 1600m.
