Twentynine Palms Community Center Posts New Hours

The Twentynine Palms Community Center at Freedom Plaza has been busy since it opened but as a new season begins, the center has posted new hours.

As part of Freedom Plaza, which officially opened last March, the new Twentynine Palms Community Center has proved a popular addition to downtown, especially for local athletes.
As the Youth Volleyball Season gets underway, the center has posted adjusted hours beginning on Tuesday, September 6.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the center is open to all from 11:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Thursdays, it’s a different story. From 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., the center hosts volleyball. From 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., there is tennis. And from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., there is “Yoga & Self-Care for Women.”
There is no charge to participants and equipment will be available for use on-site. Children ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. A signed waiver must be filed before participating in community center activities. The waiver can be accessed at this link.
