Samurai self-defense comes to Yucca Valley Recreation Center Sept. 10

A self-defense class utilizing the tactics of the Japanese samurai is coming to the high desert. Instructor Norman Rose is a a Black Belt in Ketsugo Jujitsu with over 20 years of experience, and will lead a hands-on lesson which includes demonstrations and instruction.

The Town of Yucca Valley Recreation Department is offering this self-defense class on Saturday, September 10. Pre-registration is required and space is limited for this three hour class, which begins at 9 a.m. The class will be at the Yucca Valley Community Center and is open to participants age 14 years and older.

The fee for the class is $15 or free with a student ID.
