The Joshua Tree Retreat Center is holding their introductory class to Primordial Sound Meditation – or PSM – this Saturday (July 30th).
PSM is an ancient healing practice that can allow us to experience inner calm and a deep relaxation – this class can serve as a repeatable introduction to the meditative technique – or it can be followed up by advanced classes that will be offered in subsequent weekends. The class costs 30 dollars and preregistration is required.
