Theatre 29 will be covered in pixie dust as “Peter and the Starcatcher” makes its debut tonight (March 17). Though tickets to tonight’s debut may be scarce, the show runs all weekend long, through the first weekend of April.
Theatre 29 proudly announces the opening night gala for their production of “Peter and the Starcatcher”, March 17th. The Tony-winning play upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up, otherwise known as Peter Pan. From marauding pirates to unlikely heroes, Peter and the Starcatcher playfully explores the depths of greed and despair and the bonds of friendship, duty and love.
Opening night tickets are $30 which includes Hors d’oeuvres and drinks and are available now from 29 Palms Kiwanis at 760-972-7205 and the Gladys Carol Scholarship Program at 760-865-0123 or can be purchased right through the theatre website. “Peter and the Starcatcher” performances will be Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm with Sunday matinees at 2:30 pm March 17th – April 2nd.
