The music continues this weekend with the free concert series at Tortoise Rock Casino in 29 Palms. Jef Harmatz joins us with information about tonight’s free concert featuring the “Not Fade Away.”

“Not Fade Away” is the featured act tonight, and if you don’t know them, you’ll know their music. They’ll be playing amped up renditions of rock’n’roll classics from bands like Buddy Holly, Elvis, The Beatles, Richie Valens and more. “Not Fade Away” is not just a tribute band, they are a total experience, and one you don’t want to miss.

This free all-ages concert starts at 9 p.m. so you can beat the heat at the outdoor concert area, where there’s plenty of seating or you can bring your own lounge chairs.
