Last night (October 3rd) the MVCSD Board held a special closed session online meeting to settle a year-long potential litigation regarding a fire department personnel issue.

After Board members discussed in private for approximately 20 minutes, Board President Christina Gorke signaled the district’s legal counsel Mr. Kennedy to give the report.

He said, “Board gave direction to staff, no further action was taken,” before the meeting was adjourned.
