Morongo Valley’s 3rd annual Christmas Light Parade starts at 3PM this Saturday
The third annual Morongo Valley Christmas Parade will be winding through the west side paved streets of Morongo Valley this Saturday, December 20, with staging starting at 3:00 p.m. and parade to follow at dusk.
Join your Morongo Valley neighbors this Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at the corner of Juniper and Matzene with whatever automobile, ATV, bicycle, or any other vehicle you’d like to participate in the neighborhood light parade. As they stage for the parade, there will be a street fair complete with a funnel cake vendor to fuel you for the trip around town.
Event organizer Buddy Stogner says, “This shindig is shaping up to be a real spectacle, right in your own backyard. And if you’re just there for the show, grab a chair, get cozy, and enjoy the twinkle parade as it winds through your neighborhood.” If you hear sirens, music, and laughter, please let your neighbors know to come outside and welcome the parade.
The parade will end at the Morongo Valley Fire Station at 7:00 for an after party until 8:30 with free tacos and more. If you’d like to participate in the parade, Buddy says to call him to reserve a spot at (760)501-4826.
