Joshua Tree Clean Team is teaming up with Joshua Tree Recreation and Parks to clean up some areas around Sunburst Park. They aim to get it cleaned up and restored to its natural state.
The cleanup begins at 7 a.m. and goes to 11 a.m., but you don’t you do not have to commit to working the entire time. Any amount of time be a help.
They’re providing bags, trash grabbers, face masks, water and snacks. It’s recommended to bring sturdy shoes, clothes to protect you from sun and brushy areas, a hat, gloves and sunscreen.
Sunburst Park is located at 6171 Sunburst St. In Joshua Tree.
