At today’s special meeting, directors are expected to authorize an Local Agency Formation Commission application for the annexation of a 9.5 acre parcel in the 7800 block of Shafter Avenue in Yucca Valley.
The parcel is adjacent to the district’s existing sphere of influence and is being initiated at the property owner’s request. Also today, the board will likely approve, accept, and direct staff to file the District’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for fiscal2024.
Today’s meeting takes place at the district offices on the highway at Inca Trail.
