Friends of Yucca Valley Library seeking book donations for their cozy resale store

The Friends of the Yucca Valley Library are looking for gently used books for their book shop inside the library. Books of any amount and genre are accepted, but please skip book sets like encyclopedias.

The donations can be dropped off at the Yucca Valley Library, located on Joshua Lane and Twentynine Palms Highway.

The library is open 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 to 6:00 on Thursday and 9:00 to 5:00 on Saturdays.

If you stop by on a “Thrifty Thursday” s for seniors, where its buy one get one on all books and DVDs and prices start as low as a dollar. All proceeds from purchases and your donations go to support the library and its special programs.
