Free COVID protection, testing and treatment in the Morongo Basin

COVID numbers are on a slow but steady in southern California – and San Bernardino county is no exception. Robert Haydon joins us with some resources that can help keep you safe during the holiday season.

The Morongo Basin Healthcare District wants to remind high desert residents that free COVID testing, treatment and supplies are available at no cost. You can pick up free n95 masks to protect yourself from transmission during holiday travel and parties, and if you are concerned about your COVID status or are feeling symptoms, you can get tested and treated for free.

COVID, along with the flu as well as the rising respiratory virus RSV – has strained hospitals and healthcare providers across the country, and keeping healthy is virus-free this holiday season is a the best gift you can give yourself, your family and your community.

Masks can be acquired at the MBHD’s clinic, the Morongo Basin Community Health Center, located at 58375 Twentynine Palms Highway, on the corner of Prescott and the highway
