A free outdoor tribute concert to Aretha Franklin is happening tonight at the Tortoise Rock Casino in 29 Palms. Charity Lockhart is hailed as one of the top vocalists in America and she will be belting out hits from the one and only queen of soul, her majesty Aretha Franklin.
The concert is free and family friendly – it starts at 8PM and wraps up by 9:30 – seating is available or you can bring your own set of chairs for maximum relaxation.
