Cruzin’ Car Show today at Roy’s in Amboy (3/1)

Roy’s Motel and Cafe is hosting an inaugural “Cruzin’ Car Show” today, and everyone is invited to hit the road to visit the landmark along Route 66 for more than 100 cars, celebrities, music, food trucks, and a raffle with prizes and cash.  There will be artists on site doing hot rod art and a large-scale art installation involving rotating search lights.

The car show will begin at 10:00 a.m. Awards will be given at 2:00 p.m. There will be a sign lighting at 5:30 p.m. and they’ll even screen a hot rod-themed outdoor movie at 6 p.m.

Dry camping will be available in Amboy at a location across the road from Roys.

Roys Motel and Cafe is located at 87520 National Trails Highway in beautiful Amboy, CA.
