START SMART is a new driver’s education course offered to teens and their parents by the California Highway Patrol.
In an effort to prepare young drivers to navigate our roads responsibly, CHP is offering START SMART, a new drivers education class for young drivers and their parents free of charge. The class is from 6-8pm at Morongo Basin CHP, and will address such topics as safe driving habits, the rules of the road, crash avoidance techniques, and new driver’s license requirements.
