BLOOD DRIVE AT 29 PALMS FARMERS MARKET, O-TYPE AT CRITICAL LEVELS

There is a blood drive tomorrow in Twentynine Palms where you can help top up levels that continue to dip here in the Morongo Basin. Lifeline will be at the Twentynine Palms Farmer’s Market from 8AM to 1PM – if you are at least 15 years old and in good health, you can donate blood and receive a free mini-physical and a beach towel that lets everyone at the pool know that you did your part to boost those blood banks.

There is an especially critical need for O Type blood – which is given to patients more than any other type due to its use in trauma cases, or major surgeries such as organ transplants.

You can register for this and upcoming blood drives online at Lifestream’s website: www.lstream.org
