The Board of Directors will consider establishing standing committees and other appointments.
The Board of Directors will consider adopting an ordinance providing for compensation of the Board. The alternative, providing for lower compensation of the Board, will also be considered. The Board may seek to defer any action, or decline to adopt the ordinance.
The Board will discuss adopting a resolution adjusting the cost-of-living and authorizing a 3.5% cost of living amendment.
The Board will consider engaging Compass Consulting Enterprises Inc. for services related to environmental compliance and mitigation measures required for the Goat Mountain Replacement Well. Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with this company for the Tank Rehabilitation Project will also be discussed.
