At tonight’s meeting, the board is expected to authorize use of a special counsel for some property-related legal services. Bighorn Desert-View Water agency is also looking to engage legal services in order to secure a legal opinion letter relevant to property rights for the construction of grant-funded pipeline improvements.
Those items will be preceded by a closed session conference with a labor negotiator.
