CAL FIRE adds 24 additional aircraft to wildfire-fighting fleet

Cal Fire has bolstered its aviation program with an additional 24 firefighting aircraft - that’s 19 helicopters and 5 airplanes that will be available on a contractual period of 90 to 120 days. The suspect in a Yucca Valley hit-and-run that injured three adults and a child, was arrested Tuesday (July 11) At approximately 1:33 p.m, Deputies responded to a call for service regarding a hit-and-run traffic collision near Onaga Trail and Hopi Trail in Yucca Valley.
