The suspect in a robbery and assault was arrested Wednesday morning. On Tuesday (March 26), Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and robbery that occurred in the 5000 block of Buena Suerte Road in Yucca Valley. A man with previous felony convictions was arrested for suspected possession of a concealed firearm and controlled substances. A credit card skimmer was found at the checkout at the Dollar General in Twentynine Palms, according to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s department. A credit card skimmer is made to look like part of the machine its attached to, and it scans your credit card as you slide it through what you think is just the store’s payment processor.
