Many of the major road delays caused by Hurricane Hilary in the Morongo Basin have been resolved. A complete traffic stoppage on Twentynine Palms Highway in Morongo Valley was resolved yesterday afternoon by the California Highway Patrol, allowing high desert residents to travel back and forth from low desert areas.
