The Yucca Valley Airport runway work has been completed as of August 5. The Airport is now open, and air traffic has already resumed. The Yucca Valley Airport is currently closed for a complete repaving, which began earlier this month. No traffic will be allowed in or out of the small airport until the repaving process is complete, which is estimate to be August 11. Yucca Valley Planning Commission approves Black Bear sign at old Sizzler building

During last night’s Yucca Valley Planning Commission meeting, the Commissioners reviewed the Black Bear Diner sign permit on the south elevation of the existing commercial building at 57084 Twentynine Palms Highway. The owners of the Black Bear Diner requested attaching their sign to the same area where the old Sizzler sign went.
