This weekend help the Yucca Valley High School Select Choir tour Washington D.C. by taking part in a live radiothon on Z107.7fm. Listen Saturday, February 10 from noon till 5 p.m. as local businesses and supporters join efforts with Z107.7 to raise funds that will send local choir students on a Washington tour that includes attending university clinics and performing at several national monuments. Select Choir musical director Bill Barret says this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these gifted students. Call in and make a pledge live during the radiothon or call Yucca Valley High School Music Boosters at 760-401-2675. Z107.7 FM is donating all the time and staffing so that 100 percent of the funds raised go directly to help fund this educational experience.
