YUCCA VALLEY WOMAN ACCUSED OF SEX WITH 15-YEAR-OLD BABYSITTER

A Yucca Valley woman who investigators say began a sexual relationship with her children’s 15-year-old babysitter, then took the boy to Kentucky where the two lived together, is back in California facing charges of rape and lewd acts with a child. A Sheriff’s spokesman said Jenny Ann Koster, 32, pleaded not guilty to several charges Wednesday in Joshua Tree. Koster began a relationship with the boy at the beginning of this year. A family member reported the inappropriate relationship to deputies and Koster fled, taking the 15-year-old to Kentucky. Detectives obtained a warrant for Koster and she was arrested in Boyd County, Kentucky, and extradited back; the boy was also brought back to California. Koster is being held in the Morongo Basin Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. She is scheduled to be back in court next week.
