YUCCA VALLEY WOMAN ACCUSED OF DEALING HEROIN

A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Thursday, accused of dealing heroin. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies conducted a probation compliance check on a home in the 6400 block of Balboa Avenue in Yucca Valley about 2:05 p.m. At the home, deputies located Melinda Serafin, 53, who is on felony probation, as well as heroin packaged for sales and hypodermic needles. Melinda Serafin was arrested for investigation of possession of heroin for sales, and for probation violations, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $50,000.
