The severance agreement between Town Manager Mark Nuaimi and the Town Council is the sole item on the action agenda at tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Town Council. The Town Council will go into a closed session first to discuss the agreement, and to conference with the Town Attorney over anticipated litigation. Then it will reconvene into open session to vote on the agreement. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Community Center.
