Join the Town of Yucca Valley Recreation Department for a visit to popular attractions in Palm Springs on Saturday, May 21. Trip goers will depart the Yucca Valley Community Center at 10:00 a.m., arriving at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway at 11:30 a.m. to enjoy a tram ride featuring a view of pristine wilderness aboard the World’s Largest Rotating Tramcars. Once at the top, enjoy a choice of entrée and dessert at the Pines Café. Next is a visit to the Palm Springs Air Museum for a 1:45 p.m. tour. The Palm Springs Air Museum houses one of the nation’s largest collections of World War II flying aircraft displayed in modern, air-conditioned hangars. Participants will have an opportunity to tour one or more of the Warbirds during the tour. Package price of $75 per person includes Tram ride with lunch, dessert and museum admission and tour, and deluxe motor coach transportation. Participants must register on or before May 10th online at www.yucca-valley.org or in person at the Community Center from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.
