Among the items on tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Planning Commission, the commissioners will hold a public hearing on an environmental assessment, conditional use permit, and tentative parcel map for a new Taco Bell and Panda Express, on the southeast corner of Highway 62 and Avalon. The Commission will also hold a public hearing on a Development Code Update that governs landscaping, property maintenance, infrastructure improvements, sign regulations and temporary special events. Next, the commissioners will hear a department report on home occupation permit regulations. The meeting starts at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Community Center.
