YUCCA VALLEY MAN ARRESTED FOR CHOKING WIFE, HITTING CHILDREN

A Yucca Valley man was arrested, accusing of choking his wife, and hitting his children during an argument. According to a Sheriff’s report, Justin Mosier, 32, of the 58800 block of Terra Vista Drive, became upset about 12:30 p.m. Thursday when his wife refused to give him the keys to the car because he had been drinking. The report states that Mosier began breaking things inside the home, including telephones to keep his children from contacting law enforcement. Mosier allegedly hit his children during the argument, choked his wife, and then dragged her down the street, Justin Mosier was arrested for investigation of felony spouse abuse and child abuse, booked into West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
