YUCCA VALLEY MAN ACCUSED OF FELONY VANDALISM

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Saturday, accused of felony vandalism. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called about 1:45 p.m. to the 55500 block of 29 Palms Highway for a man whose shirt was covered in blood. The man, Samuel Baker, 36, told deputies that he received psychic messages from a woman in a nearby mobile home park that she was in trouble, and so he used a tire iron to break the window and door to help her. The resident said the damage to her home was about $500 and she desired prosecution. Samuel Baker was arrested for investigation of felony vandalism, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
