A deputy who made a traffic stop of a Yucca Valley couple ended up arresting them for drugs. According to a Sheriff’s report, Anthony Martinez, 38, was stopped near Barberry Avenue and Onaga Trail in Yucca Valley about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. During a search of Leanna Fox’s purse, the deputy found heroin and pills. Anthony Martinez and Leanna Fox were both arrested for investigation of possession of narcotics, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with their bail set at $25,000 each.
