We have limited information about a Morongo Valley woman who was arrested early Wednesday morning, accused of child endangerment. Just before midnight Tuesday, deputies were called to Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown for a report that a woman, later identified as Leticia Joyce, 30, was drunk and had left her baby sleeping inside her car. After an investigation, Leticia Joyce was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with her bail set at $100,000.
