A wine and cheese party will be held November 29 to benefit the Morongo Basin’s only no-kill animal shelter. The event begins at 5 p.m. at the Joshua Tree Art Gallery, on the highway in downtown Joshua Tree. Admission is $10, and proceeds benefit the animal shelter. The event is being held in conjunction with the Give Big online donation event; computers will be available at the event for attendees to make donations.
