The Friends of Pioneertown will hold a community yard sale fundraiser Saturday, April 28, from 10 to 2 next to Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown. Vendor spots are available for $10. Proceeds from the vendor fees will go to Friends of Pioneertown, a non-profit organization, which will use the money to maintain the historic area. At the end of the sale, vendors may donate their unsold items to Morongo Basin Ambulance for its thrift store in Joshua Tree. For more information, call Laurie McVay at 760-871-8498.
