UNEXPECTED CHANGES TO THE BIGHORN WATER BOARD LAST NIGHT

Moments before the last night’s meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency Board of Directors was called to order, Vice President Mike McBride announced that President Larry Coulombe had tendered his resignation as president for personal reasons. And with no additional explanation or delay, Vice President McBride called the meeting to order. A board reorganization at next month’s regular meeting will determine who will take the office of president. Coulombe will remain a director.
