Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Landers Sunday afternoon. According to County Fire Captain Trent Blanchard, rescue personnel were called to a roll-over crash at Old Woman Springs Road and Reche Road at 12:54. A black pick-up truck was on its roof. The female passenger managed to get out on her own, but firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to get the man out. There were no injuries to the occupants of the white mini-van also involved in the crash. The woman was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center; the man was transported to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs.
