TWO MORE ARRESTED IN YUCCA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL VANDALISM

Sheriff’s deputies have arrested two more men who are suspected of vandalizing Yucca Valley High School earlier this month. During the early morning hours of September 1, the school’s surveillance system caught three male suspects as they entered the school campus and started breaking windows and damaging numerous classrooms and buildings during the next two hours. Damages were estimated to be in excess of $18,000.

Detectives identified one of the suspects as a 17-year-old juvenile. Armed with a search warrant, deputies went to his home in the 7500 block of Church Street in Yucca Valley the next day and found evidence linking him to the crime. The boy, who was not identified due to his age, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and felony vandalism, and booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility.

On September 14, detectives identified a second suspect in the vandalism as Alex Krisinski, 20, of Yucca Valley. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was taken into custody the same day on suspicion of burglary and vandalism, and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.

The third suspect was identified as Johnathon Ferguson, 20, of Yucca Valley. A warrant was issued for his arrest Monday, September 28, and Ferguson surrendered to detectives at the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station Monday. Johnathon Ferguson was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and burglary, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
