Missing the legal requirement to put out a public notice by 24 minutes, the Twentynine Palms Tourism Business Improvement District called a special session for 4 p.m. this afternoon at City Hall. The meeting will focus on tourism and marketing with a review of the City’s Tourism marketing plan for 2017-18. The group will also will consider a request from the Joshua Tree gateways group for $25,000, the City’s tourism budget, and internet marketing.
