The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will hold three public hearings at its March 18 meeting. The first is on a variance request to relax the rules for setback, building height, paved access, and lot coverage at a residence on Chia Avenue. The second is for a Conditional Use Permit for an addition for a Teen Center at Palms Baptist Church. Finally, there will be a review of the City’s policy for unpaved roads. The Commission meets at 6 p.m. in City Hall on Adobe Road.
