TWENTYNINE PALMS PLANNING COMMISSION EYES PROPERTY AT LEAR AND THE HIGHWAY FOR AMBULANCE

A special meeting of the Twentynine Palms City Council has been called for 10 a.m. (this morning) July 3, at City Hall. It will be a closed session meeting, to discuss a parcel of property on Twentynine Palms highway across from the Lear Avenue intersection, south of the highway. The agenda calls for discussions of the price to acquire the property, and of terms of a possible lease of the property to Morongo Basin Ambulance after the property has been acquired. The Council is meeting in its capacity as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency.
