A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Friday, accused of dealing drugs. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped a vehicle near Sullivan Road and El Sol Avenue about 5:40 p.m. Inside the vehicle was Malachi Richer, 19. After an investigation, Malachi Richer was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin for sales, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
