TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ARRESTED FOR DEALING METH

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Thursday afternoon, accused of dealing methamphetamine. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 73800 block of Baseline Road in Twentynine Palms about 1:45 to take into custody Jeremy Shannon, 23, who was wanted on a felony arrest warrant. After Shannon was in custody, a search found several individual baggies filled with a substance believed to be meth, along with empty baggies. Stolen property was also found in Shannon’s possession After an investigation, Jeremy Shannon was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sale, and for his $125,000 warrant. He was booked at Morongo Basin Jail with his total bail set at $175,000.
