A Twentynine Palm man was arrested late Friday night after his roommate said he slashed his hand with a machete. According to a Sheriff’s report, the victim said about 11:40 p.m., Daniel Dominguez, 32, cut his hand using a machete. The victim then ran from the home in the 72300 block of El Paseo Drive in Twentynine Palms. After an investigation, Daniel Dominguez was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
