The Twentynine Palms High School Wildcat boys soccer team traveled to West Shores High School for a non-league match Monday night. Coach Nathan Niles said the Wildcats fought well and played great team defense, but lost by the score of 2-1. The loss brings the team record to nine wins, four losses and three draws.
Goalies KJ Magwood and Adam Pereira combined for six saves on the night. Senior Roy Rathbun scored in the second half on an assist from senior Nick Stowers to tie the game.
