Both the Twentynine Palms High School boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will host first round CIF playoffs this week. The boys’ team will host Xavier Prep tonight, at 7 p.m. in the first round of the playoffs. The girls’ team will host St. Margaret’s Episcopal tomorrow, Thursday, February 18, at 7:00 p.m.
The Yucca Valley Lady Trojan basketball team will host the Ganesha High School Giants tomorrow night in a CIF Division 4AA Girls’ basketball playoff game. The Yucca Valley girls finished in second place in the De Anza League and ranked #13th in the 4AA division. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. in Trojan Gym. The cost for the CIF Southern Section basketball playoffs, set by CIF, is $10 for adults and $5 for students with ID.
