TWENTYNINE PALMS BOYS BASKETBALL AT HOME TONIGHT IN STATE PLAY-OFF GAME

After beating Sage Creek High School from Carlsbad in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division IV play-offs Wednesday, the Twentynine Palms High School boys’ basketball team will host the second round of the play-offs at home tonight. The Wildcats, who are 28-and-3, will take on Immanuel High School of Hesperia, 21-and-8. Tip-off is at 6 p.m. at the Richard Casey Gym at the Twentynine Palms High School. Prior to the game, the Wildcat boys’ basketball team will host a BBQ from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today, Saturday, March 11. The grill will be in front of the gym. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be free to everyone until they are gone; donations, which will be used towards the purchase of the team’s championship rings, will be greatly appreciated. Come out, enjoy the fun, get excited and support the Wildcats as they play Immanuel High School from Reedley California for the opportunity to advance to the State of California Division IV regional semifinal.
