Tortoise Rock Casino is helping to make Christmas extra special for some children in the Morongo Basin. The casino donated approximately 100 toys for boys and girls to the Toys for Tots program at the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms. Tortoise Rock Casino General Manager Tom Sedlock said, “Every child should be able to experience the joy of opening presents Christmas morning, so we are thrilled to be able to donate gifts to Toys for Tots. Giving back is very important to the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indian’s mission, and we are thrilled to donate to such a wonderful organization.”
