Tender Loving Christmas Director Mara Cantelo is seeking salad sponsors for the TLC Christmas Day event at the Yucca Valley Community Center. This year, more than ever, TLC needs volunteers to sponsor or make a salad. Each year, volunteers make from scratch 5,000 pounds of 22 different salads, at a cost of $1 per pound. Each salad requires up to six volunteers to assemble. The organization needs 22 salad sponsors at a sponsorship level of $250 per salad. Send donations to PO Box 895, Yucca Valley, CA 92286.
